The mark
The ring is the engine's combustion channel seen end-on. One detonation wave runs round it: white at the front, cooling to blue, and fading out behind.
With the name
The name sits to the right of the mark on two lines. Write it in full as Detonation Propulsion at Illinois. The engine is Resonance.
- Keep clear space around the mark equal to the width of the ring.
- Do not use the mark smaller than 16 px.
- Keep the wave blue wherever colour is available. Use the one-colour mark only where a second colour is not possible.
- Do not rotate, stretch, outline, or recolour the mark, and do not flatten the fade into a solid ring.
- On photographs, place the mark on a dark, quiet area or on a slate tile.
